Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Agile Scrum Master to join our team and drive Agile best practices across projects. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate collaboration, manage the Scrum process, and remove any impediments that hinder the team’s progress. You will act as a servant-leader, enabling the development team to achieve goals while fostering continuous improvement and Agility.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile Practices & Ceremonies
Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and Agile frameworks.
Coordinate with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
Team Collaboration & Coaching
Foster collaboration among cross-functional team members.
Act as a coach and mentor to promote continuous improvement and self-organization.
Support the team in understanding and implementing Agile methodologies effectively.
Remove Impediments
Identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth progress of sprints.
Act as a shield to the team from external interruptions and distractions.
Metrics & Reporting
Track key Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint progress.
Provide transparency on team performance and progress to stakeholders.
Risk Management & Continuous Improvement
Identify risks and work with the team to develop mitigation strategies.
Promote a culture of feedback and continuous learning to improve processes.
SKills & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
0-3 of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership role.
Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
Certifications (Preferred):
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
