What You’ll Do:

• Maximize profitability of the sales department while focusing on customer retention
• Manage and develop a high-performing sales team
• Lead daily sales meetings and trainings
• Desk and close deals, overcoming objections to secure sales
• Utilize our CRM system to track, follow up, and convert leads into loyal customers

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years management experience
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply!
