Title: Chemical Dependency Counselor / LSW / LPC

Location: Gratiot, OH

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time day shift , with occasional evening group coverage.
  
• Flexible hours: 32 or 40 hours per week.
  
• Hourly pay: $22.13 – $30.46 (based on experience).

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Ohio licensure as an LSW or LPC.
  
• Licensed by the Chemical Dependency Professionals Board (LCDC II, III, or LICDC—higher than CDCA).
  
• Passion for helping individuals overcome substance abuse and rebuild their lives.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic counseling using a bio-psychosocial approach.
  
• Educate patients and families about the disease process of chemical dependency.
  
• Lead group discussions and one-on-one sessions while coordinating activities with Mental Health Technicians.
  
• Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
  
• Complete billing charges/sheets daily.
  
• Provide crisis intervention for individuals and families.
  
• Act as a client advocate, mediator, and facilitator to ensure comprehensive care.
