We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team in the Lewiston office. In this role, you will work closely with children and their families to help overcome barriers to accessing mental health supports. This position involves meeting with families in their homes and collaborating with schools, medical providers, community organizations, and natural supports to connect the youth to resources and supports to address their mental health and well-being. You will be joining an incredible team and a supportive work environment where we encourage professional growth and opportunities to learn.
The position is 40 hours per week and pays between $21.00-$27.00 per hour depending on experience with incentive opportunities.

BA in related field required. Strong organization and communication skills. Need savvy computer skills to manage multiple systems. All applicants must maintain a current driver's license and a clean driving record as outlined in Spurwink's Driving policy.
