Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Machinist with expertise in MasterCAM to join our team. Our focus is on precision machining, delivering high-quality results for our customers, and fostering a collaborative environment for skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and set up 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills , ensuring efficient and precise machining.
• Work with MasterCAM for programming and CAMplete for simulation and verification.
• Utilize spindle probes and macros to enhance precision (preferred).
• Operate with Haas, Fanuc, and Heidenhain controls (a plus).
• Develop setup sheets and determine cost-effective tooling solutions.
• Track tool life, replace cutting tools as needed, and optimize machining processes.
• Provide clear work instructions to setup personnel and machine operators to ensure consistent quality.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in 5-axis machining , with full simultaneous experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MasterCAM is a must.
• Previous experience in a high-precision machining environment.
• Ability to problem-solve and work efficiently in a team setting.
• Candidates may be required to demonstrate programming skills.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $29.00 - $31.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
