CHESHIRE HOUSE COOK Every weekend Company Description: Cheshire House is a 75-bed, family-owned skilled nursing facility in Waterbury, Connecticut specializing in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We are currently hiring a Cook. Come join our team! Responsibilities: Perform administrative requirements such as completing necessary forms, reports, etc., and submit to the Director of Food Services. Ensure that all dietary procedures are followed in accordance with established policies. Review care plans to assure that current dietary information is consistent with foods served. Prepare food in accordance with standardized recipes and special diet orders. Assist in inventorying and storing in-coming food, supplies, etc., as necessary.
