The Delivery Manager drives the execution of the business, motivates team members to achieve the best results, and drives continuous process improvement. This position is responsible for managing drivers and ensuring safety and other business protocols are being developed and maintained. Responsibilities: - Provides first-line supervision to rout drivers.
- Ensures routes are being executed efficiently.
- Maintains and provides quality customer service.
- Secures inventory by executing controls and ensuring strict compliance with security procedures.
- Establishes and maintains accountability on the front line of the market.
- Maintain a positive Employee Relations and work environment.
- Schedules and develops staff.
Minimum Qualifications: - Minimum of 21 years of age or older.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
- Valid Class A CDL license with a good driving record or willingness to obtain CDL with company-paid training for the right applicant.
- Strong communication skills.
- Computer skills.
