Responsibilities:
• Serve as a representative for clients in real estate transactions, whether buying, selling, or renting properties.
• Conduct property viewings, host open houses, and perform market evaluations to assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Create and implement effective marketing strategies utilizing platforms like social media and MLS to showcase property listings.
• Skillfully negotiate contracts while ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among all involved parties throughout the transaction process.
• Maintain accurate records, deliver exceptional customer service, and cultivate enduring client relationships.
Qualifications:
• To qualify for the position of Entry-Level Real Estate Agent in Southfield, MI, US, a high school diploma is required along with a valid real estate license or the willingness to pursue one.
• Ideal candidates should preferably have a background in sales, negotiation, or customer service to excel in this role.
• The key skills needed for this position include exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with MLS, real estate tools, and digital marketing is advantageous for potential candidates.
