Job Description
CTG is seeking outstanding ATE consultants with significant Go-Live experience specializing in Epic for an upcoming remote Command Center position. This Go-Live is expected to run from mid-July to mid-August 2025. This is a work from home position so stable, strong internet (at least 100mps) is required. The job description is provided below for your review, as well as other project requirements.
**Location:** Remote
**Duration:** Maximum 5 weeks
**Responsibilities:**
+ Act as a resource for more complex end-user Epic issues
+ Interact and work with physicians, nurses and all levels of healthcare management and staff as required
+ Demonstrate professionalism when dealing with customers on multi-platforms (i.e. phone, email, chat)
+ Troubleshoot problems to provide a high level of user satisfaction
+ Accurately document unresolved issues to facilitate resolution by second-level teams
+ Use remote tools to guide users through How-To questions
**Skills:**
+ Prior Epic Go-Live Support experience; Clinical background is preferred
+ Familiar with Amazon Connect phone system and ServiceNow preferred
+ User-centric, team-first mindset, time management, reliable and organized
+ Excellent interpersonal skills-able to communicate effectively with employees and executives; High degree of patience with people and processes
+ Work hard & smart-never satisfied with the status quo; possess high expectations of what can be accomplished by self AND team
Commitment to being available and reliable through the end of Go-Live, working shifts as assigned, is required. Time off requests will not be honored.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position $37.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
