Though construction experience is certainly a plus, it is not required! We are primarily looking for someone who has a strong work ethic and commitment to integrity, is a humble learner, and excels in communication.

What would I be doing?

• Conduct on-site meetings with clients and adjusters to set expectations.
• Document damages and collect necessary project information within 1 business day.
• Advise clients on next steps in the Pre-Construction phase.
• Build relationships with adjusters to ensure smooth project coordination.
• Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and address concerns.
• Monitor project progress and assist with problem-solving during the insurance phase.
• Drive to various locations for meetings and project assessments.
• Other duties may be assigned

• Ensuring that projects are well-organized, with clear expectations and resources in place from the start. Smooth handoffs between team members help avoid delays and misunderstandings
• Maintaining relationships with clients by exceeding their expectations, addressing concerns quickly, and consistently delivering value, which leads to repeat business and loyalty
• Keeping clients informed with clear, timely updates and being responsive to their needs ensures a positive experience and builds trust throughout the project
