The Opportunity:

The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing communication, schedules, and other providing executive level administrative support to the Associate Chief Insurance Officer and Executive Partner, in the Cleveland office. This position must be local to Cleveland.

In This Role You Will Execute On: 

  • Provide administrative support including, but not limited to, scheduling meetings, taking minutes/notes, monitoring and managing email, correspondence, expense reporting, and assisting with communications.
  • Prepare and organize in-person meetings and all corresponding details, such as materials preparations, catering, venue booking, and equipment.
  • Maintain calendars and appointment schedules prioritizing sensitive and/or critical matters. Ensure meeting/appointment preparation materials are readily available.
  • Manage travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals.
  • Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that senior executives’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
  • Organize team communications and plan in-person, virtual, internal and off-site events as assigned.
  • Assist in the coordination of administrative duties including billing, invoicing, and expense management to support client management as needed.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, IT, HR, and other departments or functions as needed.
  • Collaborate on the development of process improvements. Provide input and suggestions on innovative, cutting-edge ideas regarding procedures for the team. Maintain associated documentation as required.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as requested.


In This Role You Will Need: 

  •  Bachelor’s Degree plus 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, administrative support role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  •  Strong administrative skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •  High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.

  •  Work is generally performed in a typical office environment with limited exposure to physical risk or physical effort required.
