As an account manager with us, you will be an integral part of our company in growing your own book of business and thriving as a single point of contact for your customers, ensuring their freight is delivered safely with maximum confidence and minimum stress.

Responsibilities:

• Create your sales pipeline by generating leads and attracting new prospects
• Display high level of customer relationship management through professional communication
• Collaborate with shippers, carriers, and drivers to pick up and deliver shipments
• Negotiate pricing with both customers and transportation partners
• Utilize internal TMS system to keep accurate records of your activities

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a standard background check
• Sales driven and highly motivated

• Interest in a future career within a 3PL
• Ability to connect and communicate well with others
• Displays both autonomy and team collaboration
• Prior experience in logistics is a plus
