Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
• Drive customer satisfaction through exceptional service and vehicle knowledge
• Implement and monitor sales processes and strategies to enhance productivity
• Maintain a strong understanding of inventory and industry trends to support the sales team
• Develop and manage relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturers

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager in the automotive industry
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and mentoring a sales team

• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
