Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound customer calls in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints while ensuring a satisfactory resolution.

Provide accurate information and effective solutions based on client guidelines.

Document customer interactions, including actions taken and any necessary follow-ups.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy guidelines during all interactions.

Follow quality assurance standards to ensure a high level of customer service.

Utilize various technical systems, including call center software and online tools, to track and resolve customer issues.

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer concerns.

Ensure a stable and private internet connection (hardwired via Ethernet cable) for optimal performance in a remote setting.

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.

Healthcare-related certification.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple systems.

Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Capability to sit for extended periods while handling customer inquiries.

Ability to pass a background check.

A reliable high-speed internet connection to support remote work requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Fluency in Spanish (bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply!).

Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative.

Prior Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain one (for government-related roles).
