The IT Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services to meet the needs of the organization and its clients. This role ensures that IT services are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with business goals. The IT Service Delivery Manager works closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to manage service performance, address issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Job Summary Details

  • Oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring they meet agreed service levels and support business operations.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and deliver high-quality services.
  • Define, negotiate, and manage service-level agreements (SLAs) with business units and external service providers.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and user satisfaction.
  • Oversee the implementation of changes to IT services, ensuring they are well-planned, communicated, and executed.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of IT services, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to track service levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead project team to oversee the execution of tasks, ensuring they are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Manage budgets related to IT services, ensuring cost-effective delivery while maintaining high service quality.
  • Execute a disaster recovery plan to ensure business continuity and minimize downtime during unexpected events.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years’ experience in IT service delivery management.

Specific Skills/Knowledge

  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with relationship management and interpersonal business development.
  • Proficiency with common vendor management platforms.
  • Experience in project management and service management (preferred).
  • ITIL certification (preferred).

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000, not including fringe benefits or potential bonuses. At Liberty, your final base salary will be determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We are committed to pay equity and also consider the internal equity of our current team members when making final compensation decisions.

Please note that the range listed represents the full base salary range for this role. Typically, offers are not made at the top of the range to allow for future salary growth.
