Learning Experience Designer for our client in

Position Overview: - A professional Learning Experience Designer to support the Early Career Program and other strategic initiatives across client.
- In this role, will develop and design engaging learning experiences to enable professional development within insurance roles and functions, primarily for early career audiences.
- Will be joining an experienced Learning & Development team who values adaptability, collaboration, innovation, and accountability, in service to our stakeholders, and ultimately the customers.
Responsibilities: - Assess the needs and goals of the learners, in alignment with those of the organization
- Systematically design content and activities in accordance with learning objectives and outcomes
- Develop engaging and interactive instructional materials/experiences in a variety of formats (eLearning, ILT, VILT, blended, social, etc.) with proper accessibility and inclusion considerations, leveraging industry-standard authoring tools & trends to enhance the learner experience
- Conduct research and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevancy of instructional content
- Facilitate interactive discussions with learners and conduct live/virtual sessions with subject matter experts as needed
- Utilize learner feedback, metrics, and data analytics to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning experiences, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications: - Professional experience in the insurance industry
- Proven working experience in designing learning solutions that measurably improve performance
- Deep knowledge of adult learning theory and principles of instructional/learning experience design
- Demonstrated experience writing copy, instructional text, audio/video scripts, exercises, and assessments
- Technical proficiency with design software, eLearning platforms, multimedia tools, etc.
- Creative and innovative mindset for developing engaging and interactive learning experiences
- Agile and customer-centric approach, adapting and flexing as needs and priorities shift
- Ability to influence without authority and build relationships with leaders at all levels
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and analytical skills to collaborate with subject matter experts, analyze learning needs, and evaluate effectiveness of solutions
Skills: - The ideal candidate will have a background in learning & development, an understanding of insurance operations, and experience working with subject matter experts and stakeholders to build formal, informal, and social learning offerings.
- Relevant degree/certification (Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, etc.) is a plus
