About The Role As aPorter,you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our business and in the lives of our team members and customers every day. We are looking for strong, energetic, people-focusedPorterwho will help us redefine the car-buying experience. What You Will Do – Essential Responsibilities * Makes and implements decisions regarding maintaining, moving and cleaning vehicles. * Keeps the sales lot neat and orderly. * Moves dealership vehicles as needed. * Maintains used vehicle appearance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing fluids and replacing batteries as needed. * Utilizes all available information to ensure proper resolution of problems * Provides prompt, efficient and quality service to the customers and dealership. * Take the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction, even if it requires overcoming obstacles. * Cleans dealership areas (e.g., walkways and sidewalks) as needed * Maintain professional business attire and appearance * Know the Five Pillars * Other duties as assigned We Invite You To Apply – Key Qualifications & Requirements: * Must be at least 21 or older * 0-1 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of related education and experience) required * Vocational/technical school preferred * Safely drive and operate automobiles and light trucks with automatic and standard shift transmissions * Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job * Valid United States-issued driver’s license * Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States What We Offer Benefits * Cigna PPO, Imagine 360 and HSA plans > 2 medical plan options * Dental and Vision Plans *
