Summit Federal Services/Merito Group – Immediate need for Temporary Painters! Norfolk, VA
SFS/Merito Group is seeking a diverse range of skilled tradesmen to join our team and help support the City of Norfolk on both routine and emergency projects. We are currently looking for qualified Painters for various projects in support of the City of Norfolk. 

Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance, installation, repairs, and troubleshooting for various systems and infrastructure.
• Work on a variety of projects, from routine maintenance to emergency repairs, across different environments such as government buildings, schools, public parks, and more.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including engineers, project managers, and other tradespeople, to complete projects efficiently.
• Provide high-quality service while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer communication.
• Respond to emergency repair requests promptly and handle unforeseen issues as they arise.

Compensation :

Ideal Candidates:
• Individuals with experience in plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, automotive repair, equipment operation, masonry, painting, cooking, and other skilled trades.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to handle high-pressure situations, especially in emergency scenarios.
