Job Title: PCD Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 2–5 Years (Pharma / PCD Segment Preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand PCD (Propaganda Cum Distribution) business across assigned
regions.
Identify and appoint new distributors, franchise partners, and stockists.
Maintain strong business relationships with existing PCD partners to achieve sales
targets.
Execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase product visibility.
Handle product inquiries, pricing negotiations, and order processing.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare sales reports and assist in planning sales forecasts.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of the PCD / Pharma franchise model.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Business Administration.
MBA in Marketing preferred.
