This is a Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN position within our South Houston division.

About the Role:
As a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the communication skills and overall development of children. You will conduct evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, collaborate with families and other healthcare providers, and empower children to reach their full potential.
What You'll Do:
Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and your clinical judgment.
Create and teach home exercise programs in collaboration with caregivers.
Act as a vital member of each child's care team, coordinating care with other providers.
Complete required patient visits weekly.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation (chart updates, progress summaries, etc.).
Adhere to all agency policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
What You'll Need:
A current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
Proficiency with basic technology (laptop, phone, email, web browser).
Bonus Points For:
3+ years of experience as a Pediatric SLP.
Experience in a home health setting.
Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or other specialty areas (VitalStim, SOFFI, SOS, etc.).
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
