We are looking for a  Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a per diem or part-time basis (1-2 days a week). This position requires Spanish proficiency to effectively communicate with our diverse patient population.

Location: 6506 Myrtle Avenue, Glendale, New York

Compensation: $85-90 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses
• Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary
• Perform comprehensive physical exams
• Develop and implement patient management policies
• Refer patients to other healthcare professionals or facilities when needed
• Collaborate with physicians or specialists regarding patient care

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Advanced Practice Registered Nursing (APRN)
• Current Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
• Nationally certified as a Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) with prescriptive authority
• Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain professionalism with both patients and colleagues
• Spanish fluency required
