Growing together.** You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Contribute to the development of OptumRx's formulary and clinical programs through pharmacy analytics and strategic planning + Work with a leading analytic team to develop and present claims data analyses that measure outcomes and patterns of medication use + Assist with evaluation of pharmacoeconomic and clinical data ∙ Promote fact-based and data driven decisions + Develop leadership skills You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. **Required Qualifications:** + Graduate of an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited Doctor of Pharmacy degree program + Licensed as an intern or graduate intern in the state of California prior to start date + Licensed as a pharmacist in the state of California prior to November 1st of the academic year; Failure to obtain licensure by this time will result in cessation of the program and termination of your position **Preferred Qualifications:** + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and pharmacy-related software + Demonstrated knowledge of a managed care pharmacy practice with a desire to pursue a career in managed care pharmacy + Demonstrated practice of and high-level skill in multi-tasking, championing change, initiative, customer service, interpersonal relations including building relationships and resolving conflict, decision making, problem solving, teamwork, and verbal and written communication + Willing or ability to be repetitively standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting, stretching, and reaching + Experience conducting research and analysis + Proven leadership skills to work in faced paced specialty environment + Proven ability to maintain honesty, integrity, and high levels of efficiency and accuracy at all times The salary range for this role is $55,000 to $100,000 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
