Description
Under the supervision of Pharmacy Supervisor, performs duties as assigned and allowable according to Washington State WACs and RCWs allowable by a pharmacy intern. These duties include but are not limited to technical medication dispensing functions in compliance with written policies and procedures; A variety of clerical and mechanical medication support duties including the servicing of automated dispensing cabinets, repackaging medications, label preparation activities, information system data entry assignments, stock maintenance functions, maintenance of computerized logs and records, and medication delivery to patient care units; Medication histories as assigned; Counseling and interviewing of SWSA patients as assigned; Other routine departmental support activities approved by a member of pharmacy leadership.

Required qualifications:
Active progress towards a pharmacist degree, as evidenced by Washington Pharmacy Intern Licensure.

Pay Range: $20.76 - $29.08
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
