Production Admin Liaison
Sea Fox Boat Company is an industry leading, saltwater fishing boat manufacturer who is looking for talented people to join our team and aid in the manufacturing of our boats.

Job Summary:

The Production Admin Liaison will be responsible for providing administrative support to both the Production Team and the Finance Team. This position is responsible for preparing the required paperwork that must accompany the boats to the dealers, receiving and monitoring motor shipments, post boats to the GL when shipped, scan shipping and QC paperwork for customer service, review boat invoices before they are submitted for funding, assist in month-end closing activities, reconciliation of floorplan statement and assignment of special projects as required.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Closing orders within the FishBowl Software system. 
• Create and assign MSO’s.
• Prepare Load Packet for shipping.
• Update Yamaha when motors ship.
• Receive motors into the inventory system and create inventory tags for the warehouse.
• Review boat invoices for accuracy.
• Monitor Cap/Ship schedules for updates daily.
• Post boats that have shipped into the accounting system daily.
• Reconcile the floorplan statements monthly.
• Work with AR, AP, and other departments as needed to resolve issues.
• Assist with setting up automations for follow-up working with sales, support, and the Director of IT and Marketing.
• Periodic Receptionist duties as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Education and Experience:

• Experience in manufacturing or dealerships is preferred.
• ERP system knowledge is required, preferably with QuickBooks and Fishbowl.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who enjoys problem solving.
