Eastridge Workforce Solutions, a leading provider of workforce management solutions, is hiring a Production Assembler/Operator for a top calibration company specializing in precision instruments, equipment, service, and software for electrical, RF, temperature, humidity, pressure, and flow measurements. Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Description

As a Production Assembler on the Pressure Calibration team, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical and electronic components to create subassemblies, assemblies, or complete units. Using hand tools, power tools, jigs, and fixtures, you will ensure high-quality product assembly according to established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, rework, and test products at various stages, from subassemblies to final build.
• Follow work instructions, technical drawings, and method sheets accurately.
• Maintain high-quality standards by inspecting products for flaws and variations.
• Accurately document build specifications, test results, and daily performance.
• Monitor project progress and meet deadlines.
• Communicate inventory needs to buyer planners.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster a cooperative team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and interpret technical drawings/manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Experience maintaining data records and meeting production deadlines.
• Comfortable working with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 10 hours per day.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.
