Job Description
MW Partners is currently seeking a Project Coordinator / Scrum Master to work for our client who is a global leader in public utility providing electrical power.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Detailed project schedules
- Track and report on project status, resource utilization, and capacity issues.
- Lead engagements with PMO project tracking solution for initiatives across all portfolio types.
- Assist Project Managers with project related coordination, across an array of project activities as needed.
- Assist in updating/developing templates, knowledge management systems and communications tools deployed across all projects.
- Audit project artifacts and performance for standards compliance, quality assurance, and identification of improvements.
- Analyze performance trends, compile lessons learned, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to project management standards and governance.
- Consolidate project reporting and status updates.
- Successful facilitation of Scrum ceremonies
- Management of product backlog, including refinement and prioritization
- Documentation of Lessons Learned
Requirements:
- Organization Exceptional organizational abilities, including scheduling and resource planning. Ability to develop and maintain standards. Efficient management of product backlog, including regularly updating and prioritizing.
- Contract Administration Review invoices against SOWs and contracts
- Financial Analyst Review budget vs actuals, as well as forecasting
- Coordination Skills Ability to track numerous activities, align moving parts and manage dependencies across multiple projects.
- Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams, compiling reports, and presenting to all levels.
- Analytical Skills Capacity to interpret project data, identify trends/interdependencies, address issues, and improve processes.
- Multi-Tasking Able to balance and progress numerous coordinator responsibilities simultaneously. Comfort with switching contexts often.
- Team Orientation Inclination to take a collaborative approach based on relationships, clarity and transparency.
- Technical Aptitude Proficiency with PM tools/software. Quick learner of new systems and able to create support documentation.

- Test Planning and Execution Creating test cases, identifying risks, manage and track defects
- 3+ years of work experience in project coordination, planning, or project support.
- 2+ years of Scrum Master experience
- Experience using project management software tools.
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies
- Experience facilitating workshops
- Experience with Microsoft Office product suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Test Manager experience, specifically following Agile methodologies
- Desired: Utility experience
