Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee technology and data-related initiatives. This role is based in Atlanta, GA, and requires strong project management skills, expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
Qualifications & Requirements:
8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology or data-related projects.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and leading Scrum/Kanban teams.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agile certification is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for technology and data projects.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Agile Project Management:
Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to manage projects.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment.
Monitor and report project velocity, burn-down charts, and key Agile metrics.
Stakeholder Management:
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and customers.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
Nice to Have:
Experience in Power BI reporting and data visualization.
Experience in data engineering, Snowflake, and data warehousing.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
