About the Role
As a Licensed Psychotherapist, you will:
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Provide individual, micro, and group therapy services in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.
Build strong relationships with referral sources and help educate individuals about available programs and services.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Offer therapy services through a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions.
Participate in weekly clinical supervision to support ongoing professional development.
Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
Adhere to ethical and clinical guidelines set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
Collaborate with psychiatric providers to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for clients.
Provide coverage for colleagues as needed.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should have:
A master's degree in a relevant field and a valid license to practice in New York State.
The ability to practice independently with an active, unrestricted license (willingness to obtain additional state licensure is a plus).
A strong commitment to upholding HIPAA, state, and federal confidentiality laws.
Excellent communication, patient care, and leadership skills.
The ability to effectively organize, multitask, and manage time.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
A passion for working with diverse populations and a commitment to being an ally to the LGBTQ+ community.
Fluency in a second language or American Sign Language (ASL) is a plus.
