Job Description

We have been retained by our client, a growing Federal Contractor in the Nashville area, to find a Quality Control Manager. This role will oversee project quality control plans and ensure compliance with federal and healthcare construction standards.

Duties

• Develop and implement project-specific quality control plans, including three-phase inspections.
• Identify and resolve non-conforming work to meet contract specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct quality inspections, testing, and manage project documentation such as RFIs and submittals.
• Lead pre-activity meetings and oversee material management and corrective action processes.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with federal construction projects.
• CQM-C certification
• Proficient in Project Management software and relevant computer applications
• Experience managing $10 million projects preferred
• Experience with healthcare construction preferred
