Hammer & Nails Grooming Shop For Guys in San Antonio, TX is hiring a part-time receptionist to join our 24-person team. We’re located at 11330 Potranco Rd. , and we're looking for someone who is attentive, motivated, and reliable —with a passion for sales and top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
• Answer and manage phone calls with a courteous, polished demeanor
• Help sell memberships, promote services, and support community growth
• Assist with scheduling, confirmations, and client communications
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Provide basic office support and resource coordination as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior receptionist or front desk experience, preferably in a high-touch service environment
• Proven success in sales or customer acquisition
• Strong customer service skills both in person and over the phone
• Confident using spreadsheets, word processing tools, and scheduling systems
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
• Must be available weekends
