Job Title:  Recruiter – Light Industrial

Location:  Nashville, TN

  Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Recruiting Manager / HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented  Recruiter with prior experience in light industrial recruitment to join our team. In this role, you will support the full-cycle recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in warehouse, manufacturing, and production roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for light industrial positions (e.g., warehouse associates, machine operators, forklift drivers, assemblers)

  • Post job openings on job boards and internal platforms

  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications

  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate candidate onboarding

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Assist with reference checks, background screenings, and employment verifications

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-demand roles

  • Support job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach efforts

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a light industrial or staffing agency environment

  • Strong understanding of warehouse and manufacturing job functions and hiring requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
