As a Research Director , you will step into a strategic leadership position where you will guide high-value, qualitative-leaning healthcare research from end to end. You’ll be responsible for elevating the thinking, the approach, and the delivery of insight across your team and the organisation.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to lead, influence, and shape the research offering — without the pressures of business development or sales targets.
What You’ll Lead & Deliver
Strategic Insight Leadership
Drive high-level research design, methodological thinking, and framing of strategic questions.

Quality-Focused Research Execution
Ensure each project is crafted thoughtfully — quality over quantity is the standard, not the exception.
Oversee the delivery of rigorous, meaningful qualitative work that informs clinical and commercial strategy.
Provide senior oversight, moderation, and strategic interpretation where needed.
Cross-Functional & Client Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and excellence across all stages of research.
Engage with clients as a trusted advisor — helping shape the questions, connect the dots, and present compelling insight narratives.

Strong experience in qualitative or mixed-method healthcare research , with a strategic lens
Demonstrated ability to lead teams , elevate thinking, and guide complex studies
