Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 3 for Murray State University located in scenic Murray, Kentucky. This position plays an integral part in ensuring that we consistently deliver our services to meet or exceed their expectations. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. What You Bring

• have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
• have food service experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
• can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
• prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations
