Position: RN Nurse Manager Mother Baby/Obstetrics
Location: Tarzana, CA
Salary : $152k to $216k as a base + Full benefits
Relocation assistance will also be provided
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Nurse Manager for one of our direct client to lead their Mother Baby unit, overseeing clinical staff and ensuring exceptional patient care. Join a nationally recognized hospital known for clinical excellence and patient safety.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise Mother Baby unit staff, ensuring high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
Manage daily operations, staffing, and workflow for Mother Baby rooms.
Promote a culture of safety, clinical excellence, and patient-focused care.
Participate in leadership programs and performance initiatives.
Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's in Nursing
California RN license
BLS certification
Management of Aggressive Behavior training (within 90 days)
California Fire & Life Safety Card (within 30 days).
Preferred: Master's degree in Nursing
2+ years clinical experience in Mother Baby or related specialty.
