Position: Scrum Master
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAFe Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master, you will be aligned with Agile Delivery teams transitioning to SAFe ART (Agile Release Train) delivery.
Your role will focus on driving the success of teams within the Data Architecture, Data as a Service, and Reporting domains.
This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be onsite at least two days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), ensuring effective collaboration, coaching, and execution within the team.
You will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching Agile practices, and driving accountability to ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality value to the customer.
You will also work closely with the Product Owner and technical teams to align priorities and remove impediments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Scrum practices, backlog management, and Agile delivery.
Experience in Agile Coaching and working with teams transitioning to SAFe ART delivery.
Certifications: SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Practitioner (SP) certification preferred.
Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) certification is a plus.
