Job Description:

Job Title : Senior IAM and Data Security Delivery Manager

Job Type : C2C/W2

Experience : 8 to 15 years

Location : Dallas, Maine

Responsibilities:

• Proven expertise in IAM and Data Security tools, including SailPoint, Ping Identity, CyberArk, RSA, Azure Auth.
• Strong technical delivery management experience in cybersecurity operations and support environments.
• Excellent project management, communication, and ITIL skills.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
• Proficiency with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture and Incident Response processes.
• Manage IAM and Data Security teams, define objectives, track performance, and encourage continuous skills development.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.
• Lead operations for IAM tools, ensuring availability, performance, and security of SailPoint, Ping Identity, CyberArk, RSA, and Azure MFA solutions.
• Coordinate and execute application onboarding, manage incidents, and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure transparency, address escalations, and deliver high-quality services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Implement best practices, drive process automation, and ensure adherence to ITIL standards to improve service efficiency and delivery.
• Proactively identify areas for service improvement and operational optimization.
• Lead security assessments and ensure regulatory compliance for IAM and Data Security operations.
• Oversee internal and external audits and manage risk mitigation strategies.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
