Job Description

The Chicago office of our Am Law 100 client is seeking a senior associate or counsel who has 6+ years of experience in federal income tax with an emphasis on the taxation of partnerships, and drafting and negotiating partnership operating agreements. Law firm or Big 4 accounting firm experience is required. The base salary is $335,000+. This is a great opportunity to join a growing national tax practice.
