Job: Traveling Critical-Care Registered Nurse (RN)
Duration: 13 Week Assignment
Essential Healthcare Solutions, LLC is a leading healthcare staffing agency dedicated to providing top-notch nursing professionals to healthcare facilities nationwide. We support state and federal contracts. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Traveling Critical-Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work in diverse clinical settings while exploring new locations. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, adaptability, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Manage life support.
• Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and any changes in condition.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
• Adhere to all facility and regulatory policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate optimal patient care.
Qualifications:
• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or compact licensure.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience in stated field.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to travel and adapt to varying work schedules and locations.
• Capable of remaining calm and composed in high-stress situations.
• Exhibit physical fitness and the ability to perform heavy lifting as required in the course of duties.
• BLS/ACLS certification.

License/Certification:
• BLS/ACLS Certification.
• Current state licensure as a registered nurse or compact license.
• CCRN (Preferred).
Education:
• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in nursing.
Salary: $65-$70/hr. + Stipend
