Job Title : UI/UX Designer
Location : Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.
Responsibilities: - Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies
- Design intuitive user interfaces and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with developers to implement responsive designs
- Maintain and update design systems and pattern libraries
- Advocate for users in all aspects of the product design process
- Monitor usage analytics and iterate on designs for improvements
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Experience in UI/UX Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI and UX projects
- Expertise in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
- Ability to produce high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with motion design and animation tools
- HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge for design-to-dev handoff
- Experience in accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Knowledge of A/B testing and behavioral analytics tools (Hotjar, GA)
- Experience designing for enterprise or SaaS products
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
