Key Responsibilities :

• Enhance PowerPoint presentations for improved clarity, layout, and visual consistency, ensuring effective communication through user-centered design principles.
• Design and develop engaging newsletter templates that align with brand guidelines, optimizing user engagement across multiple devices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine designs based on feedback.
• Establish a consistent visual language and design system that aligns with branding guidelines.
• Create visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Design interactive elements and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Work closely with developers to implement and refine interactive components.
• Conduct usability testing sessions to validate design choices and gather insights.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
• Align designs with business goals by collaborating with product stakeholders.

Qualifications :

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing expertise in web and mobile design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in conducting user research to identify user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
