We are a privately owned, family-owned business searching in Vermont for metal fabricators and welders. We are looking for welders to join our team.

Job Description

• Welding on a variety of projects including but not limited to: welding, cutting, joining, brazing, and fabricating.
• Fabricate aluminum and steel parts using all types of metals including stainless steel, bronze, titanium, etc.
• Fabricate metal parts using various welding methods including welding brazing, tig welding and plasma cutting.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Experience:

• Experience with welding is required. Welding experience is preferred but not required. Welder experience is not required but will be considered if you have experience.
• Experience with aluminum fabrication is preferred but not required. Welder experience is not required but will be considered if you have experience.
• Experience with plasma cutting is preferred but not required. Welder experience is not required but will be considered if you have experience.
• Experience with press brake machine is preferred but not required. Welder experience is not required but will be considered if you have experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand basic math calculations are needed. Ability to read blueprints and understand basic math calculations is needed for this position.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Able to work in extreme temperatures ranging from -40 degrees to 120 degrees.
• Able to work outside in all types of weather.

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vermont: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Welders: 1 year (Preferred)
