Pay Range: $32.62 to $46.50/hour (based on experience)

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess functional, cognitive, and physical abilities.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans focused on restoring independence and mobility.
Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions using evidence-based techniques.
Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques, home exercises, and equipment use.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals to coordinate care.
Document progress, adjust treatment plans, and communicate updates to the care team.
Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and ethical practice guidelines.
Participate in team meetings, patient rounds, and discharge planning discussions.
Required:
Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy or higher
Current Florida Occupational Therapist (OT/R) license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (within 30 days of hire)
Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience
Preferred:
Open to new graduates with strong clinical training
Experience in acute care, inpatient rehab, or outpatient therapy settings
Competitive hourly pay ($32.62-$46.50 based on experience)
